Most travel agencies highlight their best facility and service and combine it with the lowest price possible. The truth is that you cannot get the best services for the lowest cost. There will always be a hidden conditions apply clause somewhere in the advertisement. Hence, you may be made to believe that your budget holiday will include Heathrow transfers.
There may be a hidden clause somewhere that indicates that facility will apply for only to persons traveling through a specific flight and arriving on a specific date. It is better to clarify these conditions and clauses in advance before proceeding. Once you commit to the deal, you will find it next to impossible to back out no matter how unfavorable the terms and conditions are. You will have to pay a heavy cancellation fee for no fault of yours. It is better to be careful during your analysis before selecting a specific travel agent as your representative.
